We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more Information, go to our Return Policy Page.

Orders will ship the same day if it is placed before 2:00PM EST. The only exception to this is for the custom length brewers hose. That can take up to 3 days to complete.

Local delivery is an option for customers residing in our local delivery area with a minimum order value of $25. This option is available during checkout in the "Shipping" section. If you do not see it as an option & believe that you are in our local delivery area, please contact us.  

Local pickup orders will be ready within an hour of placing your order with the exception of custom brewers hose. Brewers hose can be expected to be ready within 1 business day of placing your order.
